We are looking for a Technical Project Manager, who thrives in dynamic environments, understands the big picture, and can drive operational excellence across fast-moving projects. In this role, you will work at the interface of engineering, product, and operations, helping us coordinate internal teams, align external partners, and execute mission-critical projects with precision.
Your roadmap to make an impact
- Own and manage key internal and external projects from planning and execution to risk management and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, business, and field operations to ensure milestones and dependencies are aligned
- Develop and track project timelines, KPIs, budgets, and delivery goals on time, on quality and on cost
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, suppliers, and strategic partners
- Prepare project updates, flag risks, and communicate progress clearly and transparently across the organization
- Identify bottlenecks early and implement solutions that keep things moving
- Support the development of scalable project governance structures and continuous improvement processes
- Work closely with leadership to shape operational priorities and prepare TYTAN for scale
- You bring 2 - 5 years of project or program management experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, robotics, or another complex hardware-software industry
- Ability to combine structure with agility, you can track deliverables rigorously while adapting quickly to shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills - clear, concise, and confident across written, verbal, and visual formats, from engineering discussions to leadership updates
- You are comfortable working in an early-stage environment and are motivated by speed, ownership, and impact
- You are excited about building dual-use defense technology that protects open societies and restores the economics of European air defense
- Experience with project management tools are welcome (e.g. Notion, Excel, Gantt, Kanban, etc.)
- Experience with public sector, procurement projects, or security-sensitive environments is a plus
- You are fluent in English and German
