About our new college graduate roles

At TI, we produce tens of billions of chips each year and have 70,000+ products for our ~100,000 customers.  We offer a variety of roles that work together throughout the product lifecycle to design, produce and sell our products.  We hire engineering and technical interns across many of these roles. Additionally, we hire interns for business roles in finance, operations, marketing, IT, human resources, and supply chain.

We offer full-time rotation programs for many of our recent college graduate roles. Rotation programs at TI give you the opportunity to quickly gain experience in different areas – to help you find a role where you can make the biggest impact. You’ll have the opportunity to solve problems and invent solutions through a variety of hand-on, meaningful experiences.

Degrees we hire include, but are not limited to Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Industrial Engineering.  For non-technical roles, we consider degrees in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Liberal Arts, Communications and Marketing

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelors or higher in one of the degrees we consider
  • Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0/4.0
  • 0 to 2 years relevant experience
  • Additional requirements will vary by position
