Join our mission-driven team as a Limited X-Ray Technician and help make a meaningful impact by supporting accurate diagnoses and compassionate service for patients of all ages.
Your Role & Impact
As a Limited X-Ray Technician, you'll perform diagnostic x-rays using fixed imaging equipment, ensuring image quality and patient safety. You'll prepare and position patients, apply radiation safety principles, and maintain imaging equipment. You'll also support front desk operations, enter data into the EHR, and contribute to a clean, safe clinical environment.
Your work will help ensure timely, accurate imaging and a positive experience for every patient.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent 
- Graduate of an accredited program for X-Ray technicians 
- At least 1 year of experience in an x-ray department 
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing procedures 
- Computer proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) 
- Bonus points if you're bilingual in English and Spanish or have experience with EHR documentation! 
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in radiologic technology 
- Six (6) months experience with documentation in an EHR system 
- Medical Assistant Certificate 
Licenses & Certifications
- Current California Limited License/Permit in X-Ray Technology 
- X-ray Technician Certification (limited scope) 
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers

The pay range for this role is $25.41 - $32 on an hourly basis.Pay transparency: If you are hired at TrueCare, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience.
