Requirements
Educational Qualification
- PhD
- Degrees in Aerospace Engineering or a closely related field
Research & Publications
- A strong research record, ideally with publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed, indexed journals.
- Ability to lead or initiate research projects, secure funding, and publish consistently..
- Supervision experience of MS/PhD students is desirable.
Teaching & Curriculum
- Ability to teach courses at undergraduate and graduate levels;
- develop new courses and labs.
- Experience or willingness in curriculum development, innovative teaching methods, and using instructional technologies.
- Supervision of student projects, senior projects, theses, and strong student advising.
Professional Service & Collaboration
- Participation in departmental, college, or university committees and service activities.
- Engagement with external communities: conferences, workshops, industry partnerships,
- Contribution to institutional development (new programs, labs, outreach) is valued.
